I like to get involved as early as possible in a project's life cycle, and manage and control the set budget for the whole design, installation, and strikeout process. This greatly reduces the effort required by the production team, and ensures the set budget is closely monitored and controlled from one place.

I have close working relationships with experts in lighting, graphics, construction, transport, safety, model-making, special effects, scenic arts, sculpture, scaffolding, prop buying and other specialities.
